Architechtural Control Committee (ACC)

The Point La Vista Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is looking for volunteers to serve on the committee. Members are responsible for reviewing documents for new construction of homes or structures, as well as the placement of sheds or ancillary buildings. You will ensure that the requests are complete with all required documents, that the build adheres to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the POA, and that the potential build respects all setbacks and easements. You must be a member of the POA to be eligible, and can’t be a current Board member, or spouse or cohabitant of a current Board member. The ACC Charter is attached for your review.
